Campiglia Marittima is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Livorno in the Italian region of Tuscany, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southwest of Florence and about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southeast of Livorno. It is one of I Borghi più belli d'Italia.
The town is situated on a hilltop, surrounded by lush greenery and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. As you walk through the narrow streets, you will be transported back in time with its medieval architecture and ancient ruins. The town is famous for its 12th-century castle, which has been impeccably restored and now serves as a museum.
