Montecatini Terme is an Italian comune (municipality) of c. 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Pistoia, in the Italian region of Tuscany. It is the most important center in Valdinievole. The town is located at the eastern end of Piana di Lucca and has a strong tourism industry, as well as industrial and commercial industries related to the spa, which in turn has increased the interest in hotel accommodation in the region.

As you stroll through the town, you’ll notice the beautiful Art Nouveau architecture that lines the streets. Montecatini Terme has a rich history dating back to the ancient Roman times, and you can still see remnants of the past throughout the town.

One of the main attractions in Montecatini Terme is the thermal spas. There are several spas in the town that offer a range of treatments, from mud baths to hydrotherapy. The thermal waters are said to have healing properties and are a great way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing.
