Nestled in the picturesque Carnic Dolomites, this family-run hotel includes a traditional restaurant and a wellness centre. All Alpine-style rooms come with an LCD TV, a private bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the surrounding forests.
Homemade cakes, local cold meats and eggs are served for breakfast at the Riglarhaus. The restaurant specialises in regional cuisine, such as Gnocchetti di Sauris dumplings with cured ham and Kümmel liqueur.
The spa is complete with a Turkish bath, sensory showers, plus Finish and Bio saunas. The relaxation area boasts a large window with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
In the winter, the hotel provides ski storage and the nearest slopes are 6 km away. Public buses to the ski zone stop next to the property, and tickets can be bought at reception.
The A23 Motorway is 40 km away, and it is an 80-minute drive to Udine. Parking is free.

Sauris és un municipi italià, dins de la província d'Udine. L'any 2007 tenia 424 habitants. És situat dins la Val Lumiei, a la Cjargne. Limita amb els municipis d'Ampezzo, Forni di Sopra, Forni di Sotto, Ovaro, Prato Carnico i Vigo di Cadore (BL). Constitueix una illa lingüística de l'alemany, semblant a la parla de Tirol.
