Orebić is a port town and municipality in the Dubrovnik-Neretva county in Croatia. It is located on the Pelješac peninsula on the Dalmatian coast. Orebić is directly across a strait from the town of Korčula, located on the island of the same name. Ferries service the two towns frequently. Orebić is 112 km (70 mi) from Dubrovnik.

One of the main attractions of Orebić is its long coastline, stretching over 20 km, with numerous beaches and bays to explore. The most famous one is Trstenica Beach, a wide sandy beach with shallow waters, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports. Another great spot is Kuciste Beach, a pebble beach with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Apart from its natural beauty, Orebić also has a rich history and cultural heritage. The town's name comes from the Orebić family, who were famous sea captains and shipbuilders. You can learn more about their legacy at the Maritime Museum in Orebić, where you can see a collection of traditional wooden boats, maps, and photographs.
