Mussoorie is a hill station and a municipal board in the Dehradun district of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is about 26 kilometres (16 mi) from the state Winter capital Dehradun and 289 km (180 mi) north of the national capital of New Delhi. The hill station is in the foothills of the Garhwal Himalayan range. The adjoining town of Landour, which includes a military cantonment, is considered part of "greater Mussoorie", as are the townships Barlowganj and Jharipani.

As you make your way up the winding roads, you'll be greeted with breathtaking views of the mountains and the lush green valleys below. The town is surrounded by oak and deodar forests, and there are plenty of hiking trails for those who want to explore the great outdoors.

One of the main attractions in Mussoorie is the Mall Road, a bustling street lined with shops, restaurants, and cafes. Here, you can sample delicious local cuisine, shop for souvenirs, or simply take a leisurely stroll and soak in the atmosphere.
