A 5-minute walk from the centre of Sautens in the Ötztal Valley, this spacious apartment features a balcony and a terrace overlooking the private garden and the surrounding mountains. The Hochoetz Ski Area is 3.5 km away, and the free ski bus stops 250 metres away.
The modern attic apartment at Auszeit-Oetztal features wooden floors, 2 bedrooms, a living room with a flat-screen satellite TV, a kitchen, and a bathroom and separate toilet.
Guests can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Barbecue facilities and free private parking are available on site.
The Auszeit-Oetztal enjoys a quiet location next to the forest. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right outside. In winter, toboggans are provided free of charge, and a toboggan run is right outside the house.

Sautens is a municipality in the Imst district located 9 kilometres (6 mi) southeast of Imst on the lower course of the Ötztaler Ache. The village is located to catch the sun but is protected from the wind, which makes for an especially mild climate. The main source of income is agriculture. Fruit is especially important with a good part of the harvest used to make Schnapps.
