Acqui Terme is a city and comune (municipality) in the province of Alessandria, Piedmont, northern Italy. It is about 35 kilometres (22 mi) south-southwest of Alessandria. It is one of the principal winemaking communes of the Italian DOCG wine Brachetto d'Acqui.

First and foremost, Acqui Terme is renowned for its thermal waters. The town's hot springs have been used for centuries for their therapeutic properties, and today visitors can enjoy the benefits of the thermal baths in modern spas and wellness centers. In fact, Acqui Terme is one of the few places in Italy where you can still experience the traditional Roman-style baths.
