Mondovì is a town and comune (municipality) in Piedmont, northern Italy, located about 22 kilometres (14 mi) east of Cuneo, in which province it lies, and 80 kilometres (50 mi) south of the regional capital, Turin. The area around the town is known as the Monregalese.

As you wander through the narrow cobblestone streets, you will feel like you have stepped back in time. Mondovì has a rich history that dates back to the Roman Empire, and you can still see many well-preserved medieval buildings and monuments. One of the highlights of the town is the stunning Piazza Maggiore, which is dominated by the impressive Cathedral of San Donato.
