Photos, information and travel guides for your stay.

Weybridge is a town in the Borough of Elmbridge in Surrey, England, around 17 mi (27 km) south-west of central London. The settlement is recorded as Waigebrugge and Weibrugge in the 7th century and the name derives from a crossing point of the River Wey, which flows into the River Thames to the north of the town centre. The earliest evidence of human activity is from the Bronze Age. During the Anglo-Saxon and medieval periods, Weybridge was held by Chertsey Abbey. In 2011 it had a population of 15,449.

When you arrive in Weybridge, you'll immediately be struck by the town's picturesque setting. Nestled along the River Wey, Weybridge is known for its beautiful green spaces, including the expansive Weybridge Heath and Brooklands Park. These areas are perfect for a leisurely stroll or a picnic with family and friends.

If you're looking for a bit of history, Weybridge won't disappoint. The town is home to several historic sites, including the Grade II listed St. James' Church and the Brooklands Museum. The museum is particularly fascinating, as it's home to the world's first purpose-built motor racing circuit and the birthplace of British aviation.
