Barbaresco er en italiensk rødvin, av druen nebbiolo, fra vindistriktet Langhe i regionen Piemonte i Italia. Navnet stammer fra landsbyene Barbaresco og Neive, der druene dyrkes. I likhet med barolo er vinen utelukkende laget på nebbiolo, og har hatt status Denominazione di origine controllata (DOC) fra 1966 og status Denominazione di origine controllata e garantita (DOCG) siden 1980.
