Set on a promontory above Veronica Channel and the entrance to Port Opua Harbour, Cliff Edge by the Sea offers magnificent uninterrupted sea views. With no near neighbours Guests are assured relative peace and privacy. Access to the secluded beach below is a mere 5 minutes walk.

All rooms feature a private balcony with garden and sea views. An iPod docking station, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player are included. Some offer cooking facilities or a relaxing bath.

Breakfast is available and included in the Guest Bed Room tariff, but not with the 2 apartments. It is served in communal dining and includes cereals, fruit, toast, cheese and a variety of meats as well as cooked options like eggs prepared to one's preference.

Paihia is a town in the Bay of Islands in the Northland Region of the North Island of New Zealand. It is 60 kilometres north of Whangārei, located close to the historic towns of Russell and Kerikeri. Missionary Henry Williams named the mission station Marsden's Vale. Paihia eventually became the accepted name of the settlement.
