El Nido

Morlaix is a commune and subprefecture in the Finistère department of Brittany in northwestern France. The town developed at the head of the Morlaix ria, where the Jarlot and Queffleuth rivers meet before reaching the English Channel. Its historic centre occupies the narrow valley around their confluence, while the modern town extends onto the surrounding plateaus. This setting shaped the development of its port and street pattern and continues to make the centre vulnerable to flooding.

Morlaix is a small town, but it is full of character and charm. You'll fall in love with the winding cobblestone streets and the traditional half-timbered houses that line them. The town is also famous for its picturesque viaduct that spans across the valley of the River Morlaix.

One of the must-visit places in Morlaix is the Viaduct and Railway Museum. Here, you'll get a chance to learn about the history and construction of the viaduct that has become an iconic landmark of the town. You can also take a guided tour of the viaduct and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
