Fumane is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verona in the Italian region Veneto, located about 110 kilometres (68 mi) west of Venice and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) northwest of Verona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,908 and an area of 34.3 square kilometres (13.2 mi2).
As you arrive in Fumane, you will immediately notice the picturesque vineyards that surround the town. This area is famous for producing some of the best Valpolicella wines in the region, so make sure to visit one of the many wineries and taste the rich flavors of the local grapes.
