el ricon de los sueños

The vaquero is a horse-mounted livestock herder of a tradition that has its roots in the Iberian Peninsula, and extensively developed in what is today Mexico from methods brought to the Americas from Spain. The vaquero became the foundation for the North American cowboy, in Northern Mexico, Southwestern United States, Florida and Western Canada.

Nestled in the foothills of the Andes mountains, Vaqueros is a picturesque town that offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. As you explore this region, you'll find yourself surrounded by breathtaking scenery, from towering peaks to lush green valleys. You'll also discover a vibrant community that's proud of its history, traditions, and local cuisine.

One of the highlights of Vaqueros is the San Lorenzo Gorge, a stunning natural attraction that draws visitors from all over the world. This deep canyon is home to a lush forest, crystal-clear streams, and an abundance of wildlife. You can hike along the trails that wind through the gorge, enjoy a picnic by the river, or simply take in the stunning views from one of the lookout points.
