Haiya

Amid its magnificent garden with koi-pond, Japanese-style hotel Haiya features hot spring baths, Japanese stone saunas and karaoke rooms. Free Wi-Fi is provided at the lobby, and a free shuttle is available from JR Awara Onsen Station.

Guests at Haiya can slowly unwind in spacious public hot spring baths, indoors or outdoors, or rent a barrier-free private bath with a sauna and additional open-air hot spring. They can enjoy a massage or a beauty treatment, or browse the souvenir shop.

Haiya is a 15-minute drive from both JR Awara Onsen Station and the Echizen Matsushima Aquarium. It's a 25-minute drive from Lake Kitagata.
