Located 800 metres from the centre of Sautens and 3 km from the Area 47 Outdoor Park, Haus Dorothee offers a garden with an outdoor pool and spacious, self-catering apartments with a mountain-view balcony or terace and free WiFi. The stop of the free ski bus is opposite the property.
The apartments are furnished in a traditional Tyrolean style and feature a seating area, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a bathroom.

The closest restaurant is 400 metres away. A grocery store, a bakery and a ski rental store are a 3-minute walk away. Lake Piburg can be reached in a 15-minute walk.

Sautens is a municipality in the Imst district located 9 kilometres (6 mi) southeast of Imst on the lower course of the Ötztaler Ache. The village is located to catch the sun but is protected from the wind, which makes for an especially mild climate. The main source of income is agriculture. Fruit is especially important with a good part of the harvest used to make Schnapps.
