Haus Tirolerland is located 250 metres from the centre of Ötz and 700 metres from the lifts to the Ötz/Hochötz Ski Area and offers a cosy breakfast room with a tiled stove, a ski bus stop nearby, a well-groomed garden and free garage parking for motorbikes.

Oetz is a municipality in the Imst district of Tyrol, Austria, located 11.7 km (7.3 mi) southeast of the town of Imst at the lower course of the Ötztaler Ache in the outer Ötztal valley at the foot of Acherkogel mountain.

If you're an outdoor enthusiast, you'll find plenty to keep you busy in Oetz. The town is surrounded by mountains and has a number of hiking and biking trails that offer breathtaking views of the valley. For those who prefer water sports, the Ötztaler Ache river runs through the town and is a popular spot for rafting and kayaking.

One of the main attractions in Oetz is the Ötzi Village, a recreation of a prehistoric settlement that gives visitors a glimpse into the daily life of the region's early inhabitants. Another must-see is the Stuibenfall waterfall, which is the highest waterfall in the Tyrol region and is located just a short hike from the town center.
