Zagreb is the capital and largest city of Croatia. It is in the north of the country, along the Sava River, at the southern slopes of the Medvednica mountain. Make sure to visit St. Mark's Church, with its colorful tiled roof, and the Lotrščak Tower, which offers stunning views of the city.

Indulge in traditional Croatian cuisine like burek (a flaky pastry filled with meat or cheese) and fresh seafood.
