Pec pod Sněžkou is a town in Trutnov District in the Hradec Králové Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 700 inhabitants. The town is located on the Úpa River in the Giant Mountains, at the base of the highest mountain of the Czech Republic, Sněžka.
