Arenella is a quarter of Naples, southern Italy. It is on the Vomero hill above the city and was, 300 meters in elevation. Many years ago was considered a place to go to "get away from it all". It is near to the main hospital section of the city, set somewhat higher, on the way up to the Hermitage of Camaldoli. It has some points of historic interest, such as the presence of the workshop of Giambattista della Porta.

Arenella is known for its stunning beaches with crystal-clear waters and white sands which attract visitors from all over the world. The town is also home to a number of historical landmarks and cultural attractions. One of the most iconic landmarks in Arenella is the ancient Greek theatre which dates back to the 5th century BC. The theatre is a popular tourist spot, and it offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Apart from the theatre, the town has a number of other cultural attractions, including the Museo Archeologico Regionale Paolo Orsi. This museum houses a collection of ancient artefacts, including pottery, jewellery, and sculptures from the prehistoric period and the Roman era.
