The space consists of 16 exclusive apartments with intimate rooms and balconies, in addition to 8 rooms in an old farm, consisting of a silent environment and integrated with nature.

Eating control is one of the most sought-after activities by guests at Itu Garden Spa & Resort Saudável, who, upon arriving at the location, receive nutritional guidance, responsible for analyzing each person's profile and indicating the best diet to be followed in changing menus of 600 and 1,200 calories, consisting of six meals. The Healthy Resort was created to serve the family and friends of Spa guests, who did not wish to follow restrictive diets. The menu consists of a hearty colonial coffee, like in the best inns in existence. In the big meals, lunch and dinner, guests can repeat the dish and also the dessert. In the middle of the afternoon, a healthy snack is offered and at night, supper is special.
