Joyance

A street is a public thoroughfare in a city, town or village, typically lined with buildings on one or both sides. Streets often include pavements (sidewalks), pedestrian crossings, and sometimes amenities like streetlights or benches. A street can be as simple as a level patch of dirt, but is more often paved with a hard, durable surface such as tarmac, concrete, cobblestone or brick. It can be designed for both social activity and movement.

Located in the county of Somerset in South West England, Street is a town with a rich history and a bustling present. It's perhaps best known for being the home of Clarks, the famous shoe brand, but there's so much more to this town than just footwear.

One of the highlights of Street is the beautiful and expansive countryside that surrounds it. Whether you're a keen walker or just looking for a peaceful place to soak up some fresh air, you'll find plenty of options here. The nearby Mendip Hills are a particularly popular spot for hiking and cycling, with stunning views across the landscape.
