About the property
Surrounded by a 20,000 m² garden, this elegant Art Nouveau villa dating from 1850 offers panoramic views of the Gosau Valley and the Salzkammergut Mountains. Free WiFi is available.

Landhaus Koller’s restaurant serves traditional Salzkammergut cuisine with many regional and seasonal products. Every morning a large breakfast buffet with homemade bread and jams, as well as milk and butter from nearby farms, is served.
The garden features a large, heated outdoor pool and a children’s playground. A sauna, an infrared cabin, and a steam bath are located in a wooden building opposite the Koller Landhaus.
The Dachstein West Ski Area is just 1.5 km away and can be reached with a hotel shuttle service. Ski passes are available at the reception. A cross-country ski run is right outside.
