Vence is a commune set in the hills of the Alpes-Maritimes department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southeastern France, north of Nice and Antibes on the Mediterranean coast.
As you stroll through Vence's winding streets, you'll be transported back in time. The town has a rich history dating back to Roman times, and its well-preserved medieval center is a testament to this past. Take a leisurely walk through the Place du Grand Jardin, where you'll find the town's famous fountain, surrounded by quaint cafes and shops.
