Set in the Alta Langa countryside, Maison Otto is a charming stone building with outdoor swimming pool. In the small village of Bossolasco, it is 25 km from both Alba and Barolo.
All the Matote's rustic rooms are non-smoking and include period decorations, exposed beams on the ceilings, and a private bathroom with parquet floors. Each room offers free Wi-Fi and free soft drinks from the minibar. Some overlook the garden and swimming pool.
Breakfast includes organic locally-produced specialities. The buffet features fresh eggs, ham, and milk from a nearby dairy farm. Special dietary requirements, vegan and vegetarian products can be arranged if requested in advance.
The wine cellar has been excavated from rock and is has a range of Piedmont wines.

Bossolasco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) southeast of Turin and about 45 kilometres (28 mi) northeast of Cuneo.
