Les Arcs is a ski resort located in Savoie, France, in the Tarentaise Valley town of Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Initially created by Robert Blanc and Roger Godino, it is a part of the huge Paradiski system which is under ownership by Compagnie des Alpes, a French-listed company owning several other ski resorts as well as theme parks.

Located in the Savoie region of France, Arc 2000 is a purpose-built village that is part of the famous Les Arcs ski resort. It is situated at an altitude of 2,000 meters above sea level, making it one of the highest ski resorts in the Alps. The village is surrounded by the majestic Mont Blanc and Aiguille Rouge mountains, which offer some of the best skiing and snowboarding opportunities in Europe.

Arc 2000 boasts of over 200 kilometers of ski runs, with something for everyone, from beginners to experts. The resort has 106 ski lifts, which provide easy access to the slopes, and there are plenty of ski schools for those who need lessons. If you’re an adrenaline junkie, you’ll love the 7-kilometer-long Aiguille Rouge black run, which is the longest in Europe and has a vertical drop of 2,000 meters.
