Number 8 The Townhouse

Derry, officially Londonderry, is a cathedral city in Northern Ireland. Located in County Londonderry, the city now covers both banks of the River Foyle. Cityside and the old walled city are on the west bank and Waterside is on the east, with two road bridges and one footbridge crossing the river in between.

Derry Londonderry, or simply Derry as it is commonly known, is the second-largest city in Northern Ireland. It is located on the banks of the River Foyle, surrounded by rolling hills and stunning coastal scenery. The city is best known for its iconic 17th-century walls, which have been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. These walls are the best-preserved fortifications in Ireland and provide a unique insight into the city's history.

But Derry isn't just about history. It is a vibrant, modern city with a thriving arts and culture scene. The city is home to numerous galleries, theatres, and music venues, which showcase local talent and international acts. The annual Derry Jazz Festival and the St. Patrick's Day celebrations are just two of the many events that attract visitors from all over the world.
