Photos, information and travel guides for your stay.

Hereford is a cathedral city and the county town of the ceremonial county of Herefordshire, England. It is on the banks of the River Wye and lies 16 miles (26 km) east of the border with Wales, 23 miles (37 km) north-west of Gloucester and 24 miles (39 km) south-west of Worcester. With a population of 61,900 in 2024, it is the largest settlement in Herefordshire.

As WE take YOU through the presentation of Hereford, WE will start with its stunning Cathedral that dates back to the 11th century. This masterpiece of architecture is home to the Mappa Mundi, the largest medieval map in the world, and the Chained Library, which contains rare and valuable books from the 17th century.

Another must-visit attraction is the Hereford Cider Museum, where YOU can learn about the history and production of cider in the region. The museum also has a tasting room where YOU can sample different types of cider and perry.
