Until the 2010 census, the CDP Crystal Bay, Nevada was counted jointly with Incline Village. It is governed by the Incline Village General Improvement District (IVGID), a quasi-public agency that provides water, sewer, trash and recreation services for Incline Village and Crystal Bay, Nevada.
