Set in Moniga, Residence Primera offers a large garden with a pool, tennis court and BBQ. Apartments all come with a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony or patio, some overlooking Lake Garda.
The Primera Residence includes a mini market, restaurant and bar. It provides entertainment from the end of May until mid September.
The swimming pool is open from April until October. There is also a children's playground, table tennis and darts.
In the apartments there is a comfortable living room with satellite TV and a bathroom with shower.
The residence provides free parking and is 10 minutes' drive from Gardagolf Country Club. You have discounts for a number of local attractions including Aqua Paradise, Natura Viva and Movieland.

Moniga del Garda is a town and comune in the province of Brescia, in the Italian region Lombardy. The municipality, located on the southwest side of Lake Garda, is bounded by other communes of Padenghe sul Garda, Manerba del Garda and Soiano del Lago.
