Rockstone Cottage is set on the picturesque Isle of Wight, just 3 minutes’ walk from the sandy beach of Colwell Bay. Bright, airy rooms have free Wi-Fi, and breakfast is made using local produce when available.
Built in the 1700s, the cottage’s spacious, individually styled rooms all have a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
Breakfast is served in the Rockstone’s oak-beamed dining room.
There are scenic coastal trails just 10 minutes’ walk away. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away, providing 15 minute links to Yarmouth’s ferry port. The hotel offers discounted ferry tickets.

Fresh water or freshwater is any naturally occurring liquid or frozen water containing low concentrations of dissolved salts and other total dissolved solids. The term excludes seawater and brackish water, but it does include non-salty mineral-rich waters, such as chalybeate springs.
