Rosewood Vienna

Vienna is the capital, most populous city, and one of the nine states of Austria. It is Austria's primate city, with just over two million inhabitants. Its larger metropolitan area has a population of nearly 2.9 million, representing nearly one-third of the country's population. Vienna is the cultural, economic, and political centre of the country, the fifth-largest city by population in the European Union, and the most populous of the cities on the river Danube.

When you think of Vienna, you might picture the iconic Vienna Opera House or the grand Hofburg Palace. And while those are certainly must-see attractions, there is so much more to discover in this magnificent city. From the quaint cobblestone streets of the Old Town to the trendy cafes and bars of the Naschmarkt, Vienna is a city that offers something for everyone.

One of the best ways to explore Vienna is by taking a stroll through its historic neighborhoods. The Innere Stadt, or Old Town, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to many of the city's most famous landmarks, including St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Imperial Palace. But it's not just the grand buildings that make the Old Town so special – it's also the charming cafes and shops that line its streets, each one with its own unique character and story to tell.
