Overlooking the east gate to Jasper National Park, The Gingerbread Cabin is situated on half an acre of woods. This log cabin features a kitchen, log furniture and a wood-burning stove in the dining area.
The Gingerbread Cabin offers a cottage with a loft. The main floor includes a dining area, living room and satellite TV with DVD player. A small library with a selection of movies and games is provided. Free WiFi internet access is available.

Jasper is an opaque type of silica that comes in a variety of colors, most commonly red, yellow, brown, green, and very rarely blue. The density of jasper is typically 2.5 to 2.9 g/cm3. Jaspillite is a banded-iron-formation rock that often has distinctive bands of jasper.
