Featuring beautiful lake and mountain views, The Mackenzie Suites offers luxurious accommodation located 600 metres from the village of Lake Tekapo. The accommodation is air conditioned and features large terraces at the front and rear of the property. Twizel is 41 km from the property.
Each luxury suite is equipped with a kitchenette featuring stone benches, cooking facilities, refrigerator and dishwasher. They have their own dining area. Towels, bathrobes, alpaca wool duvet, bed linen and complimentary slippers are also provided. Some rooms feature a wall gas fire place.
Mount Cook Village is 42 km from The Mackenzie Suites, A pick up and drop off service is available for $15 to and from Tekapo Village for guests arriving by bus.

Lake Tekapo is the second-largest of three roughly parallel lakes running north–south along the northern edge of the Mackenzie Basin in the South Island of New Zealand. It covers an area of 83 km2 (32 sq mi) and is at an altitude of 710 m (2,330 ft) above sea level.
