Frodsham is a market town, civil parish, and electoral ward in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester and the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. Its population in 2021 was 9,300. It is 14 miles (23 km) south east of Liverpool and 28 miles (45 km) southwest of Manchester. The River Weaver runs to its northeast and on the west it overlooks the estuary of the River Mersey. The A56 road and the Chester–Manchester railway line pass through the town, and the M56 motorway passes to the northwest.

As you explore Frodsham, you'll find that the town is steeped in history, with buildings dating back to the 17th century. The most iconic of these is Frodsham Castle, which was built in the 11th century and is now a popular tourist attraction. In addition to the castle, there are plenty of other historical sites to explore, such as St. Laurence's Church, which dates back to the 13th century.

But it's not just history that Frodsham has to offer. The town is surrounded by beautiful countryside, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers. Delamere Forest, which is located just a short distance from Frodsham, is a popular spot for hiking, cycling and wildlife watching. The forest also has a large lake, where you can go fishing or take a leisurely boat ride.
