Llanidloes is a town and community on the A470 and B4518 roads in Powys, within the historic county boundaries of Montgomeryshire, Wales. The population in 2011 was 2,929, of whom 15% could speak Welsh. It is the third largest settlement in Montgomeryshire, after Newtown and Welshpool.

As you make your way into town, you'll be greeted by the stunning rolling hills and lush greenery that surrounds Llanidloes. The town itself is small, but full of character and history. One of the first things you'll notice is the numerous old buildings that line the streets, many of which date back to the 16th century.
