Villa La Favola

Ischia is a volcanic island in the Tyrrhenian Sea. It lies at the northern end of the Gulf of Naples, about 30 kilometres from the city of Naples. It is the largest of the Phlegrean Islands. Although inhabited since the Bronze Age, as a Greek emporium it was founded in the 8th or 9th century BCE, and known as Πιθηκοῦσαι, Pithekoūsai.

As soon as you arrive on Ischia, you'll be struck by the island's natural beauty. From the moment you step off the ferry, you'll be greeted by crystal-clear waters and lush greenery. The island is known for its natural thermal springs, which can be found all over Ischia and are said to have healing properties. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore the island's stunning scenery, Ischia has something for everyone.

One of the island's most popular attractions is the Aragonese Castle, which is perched on top of a rocky islet and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding sea. The castle dates back to the 15th century and has been perfectly preserved, allowing visitors to step back in time and experience what life was like in medieval Italy.
