Newly renovated in summer 2017, Villa Mulin is a holiday home situated in Ladis, 700 metres from Sonnenbahn Ladis-Fiss. Free private parking, a sauna and free Wifi is provided.
Villa Mulin comes with three bedrooms (one double and two double with an extra bed) as well as a sleeping sofa in the children's playroom The property offers sleeping facilities for up to 10 adults and a baby. There are three bathrooms, a large living-dining room with a direct view of the castle Laudegg and a connected open kitchen.

Ladis is a municipality in the district of Landeck (district) in the Austrian state of Tyrol located 9.5 km south of Landeck and 1.4 km west of Faggen. The village is known because of its sulphur and sour springs. Another important source of income is ski tourism.
