Wallawwa is a restored colonial manor house siting on 3 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens, only 15 minutes' drive from Bandaranaike International Airport. This peaceful retreat features an outdoor pool, a pampering spa and yoga pavilions.

Wallawwa is a 30-minute drive from the beaches and fish markets of Negombo. It is also a 30-minute drive from Muthurajawela Wetlands. Colombo City is an hour's drive away. Free parking is available.

Katunayake, is a suburb of Negombo in Western Province, Sri Lanka. It is the site of Bandaranaike International Airport, the primary international air gateway to Sri Lanka. With the change of government in 1977 and the introduction of the open economy policy, a large area was allocated to create a free trade zone.
