Opened in May 2016 and offering a rooftop spa area overlooking the surrounding mountains, Ferienwohnungen Guthof is situated in Schattwald, 150 metres from the Wannenjochbahn Cable Car. Free WiFi is provided, and 1 underground car park per apartment is available.

All apartments feature a south-facing balcony or terrace with mountain views, a private Physiotherm infrared shower, a dining area and a seating area as well as a flat-screen TV in each room. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette fitted with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffe machine. The private bathroom is fitted with a spa shower, towel radiator and a hairdryer.

The property has its own children's playground, a bicycle and ski storage room, and guests can also rent bicycles against a surcharge. Schattwald is a municipality in the district of Reutte in the Austrian state of Tyrol.

When you arrive in Schattwald, you'll immediately feel the peacefulness of the area. The village is relatively small, with a population of just under 600 people, and it's surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy here, including hiking, skiing, and mountain biking. You can rent a bike and explore the surrounding area, or take a leisurely walk through the village and soak up the sights and sounds.

One of the highlights of Schattwald is the Tannheimer Tal Nature Reserve, which offers a variety of hiking trails that wind through the valley. There are also several ski resorts in the area, including the Neunerköpfle Ski Resort, which offers a variety of runs for skiers of all levels. If you're not a skier, you can still enjoy the snow by taking a horse-drawn sleigh ride through the village.
