Gamlitz ist eine österreichische Marktgemeinde mit 3114 Einwohnern im Süden des politischen Gerichtsbezirks bzw. des Bezirkes Leibnitz in der Steiermark. Sie liegt im Tal des Gamlitzbachs im Süden des Weststeirischen Hügellandes an der Grenze zwischen Österreich und Slowenien. Seit 1. Jänner 2015 ist die Gemeinde im Rahmen der Gemeindestrukturreform in der Steiermark mit der Gemeinde Sulztal an der Weinstraße zusammengeschlossen und führt den Namen Gamlitz weiter.
