1. Service provider

The website xtadia.com and its subdomains ("Xtadia") are owned by Costa Oeste Online S.L., Spanish tax ID B44553006, registered address Plaza San Mauro 23 Bajo, 36213 Vigo (Pontevedra), España. Contact: info@xtadia.com.

2. Purpose

Xtadia is a hotel and activities search and comparison service. We show information about hotels and apartments and redirect you to booking partners (such as Booking.com) to check prices and availability and to book. We are not a travel agency and we are not a party to the booking contract, which is concluded directly between you and the partner or property under their own terms. We may receive a commission from our partners at no extra cost to you.

3. Property information

Property data (photos, amenities, scores, reviews and location) come from public sources, our partners or the properties themselves. We try to keep it accurate, but it may be out of date. Final prices, availability and conditions are always those shown by the partner at the time of booking.

4. AI-generated content

Some sections (travel guides, hotel suggestions, assistant answers and some descriptions) are generated automatically with artificial intelligence and are labelled as such, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act). This content is for guidance only and may contain errors: check opening hours, prices, addresses and requirements before travelling. Some pages may be automatically translated with Google Translate.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not: extract content massively or automatically (scraping, bots, unauthorised crawlers), generate content with the assistant in an automated or abusive way, circumvent technical protection measures, or use the service in any way that harms it or third parties. We may limit or block access in case of abuse.

6. Email communications

If you give us your email in the search tool, we will send you your search results and related travel offers. You can unsubscribe at any time from the email itself or by writing to info@xtadia.com. See our privacy policy.

7. Properties and owners

If you manage a property you can manage its listing, request changes or ask for its removal using the "Manage this property", "List your property" and "Remove a listing" links in the footer, or by writing to info@xtadia.com.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code and own content of the website belong to Costa Oeste Online S.L. or its licensors. Third-party trademarks, photos and texts belong to their respective owners and are shown for information purposes.

9. Third-party links

The website links to third-party sites (booking partners, maps, Wikipedia…). We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy policies.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from inaccuracies in third-party or automatically generated information, service interruptions, or bookings made with our partners. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page with its update date.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Vigo (Spain), unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
